ACSI to target exec bonus disclosure, voting rights at AGMs

The Australian Council of Superannuation Investors (ACSI) will focus on increased disclosure of executive bonuses, the 'no vacancy' rule, director elections, capital raising and pre-emptive rights and poll voting as the key issues underpinning the proxy voting recommendations for the forthcoming main AGM season.
